Popular Indoor Bonsai Tree - Chinese elm (Ulmus parvifolia)
Chinese elms can be deciduous or evergreen. In warmer climates or inside, they will remain evergreens that create new leaves. A hugely popular indoor tree, Ulmus chinensis can also be grown outside as long as it is protected from frost.
